Hey everyone, how are you today? We went on a spur-of-the-moment picnic with DS's best little buddy today to the park. It was, to me, the reason that we sacrifice so that I can stay home with my kids. It was a beautiful day, the kids were running around being toddlers and I was able to make all that happen and be there to enjoy it. I am so blessed to be able to just be a mommy right now, and I know that won't always be the case, so I think that makes me more appreciative of the time I have with them now. And appreciative of the time it gives me to create your newest freebie during their naptime! Another fun template for you, and this one comes with some instructions on how to use the clipping masks that come with this template. Please feel free to contact me if you have any trouble. I am also putting out my first Creative Team (CT) call, and I'd love for you to consider applying. I'm looking for a few good scrappers who want to to play with my kits and help get the Sweet Tomato word out there into Scrapland. For those who don't know, being on a creative team allows you free access to my collection to use in your personal layouts. Sunny with a chance of Springtime

Today is amazing, 70 degrees, sunshine, and plenty of playtime outside (or at least I will be when I get done with this post). I wanted to get my weekly layout done, and decided to focus on Easter because there were too many adorable pictures to choose from. Every year the aunts throw a fun Easter party and buy these colored baby chicks and ducks, and this year my kids were all about them. I swear I can see the panic in that green duck's eyes as my daughter not-so-gingerly picked him up. You can see a glimpse of my fun new kit that comes out next week, called Bouquet. Ok, really, why does Spring have to come with pollen? This southwest gal just can't seem to get used to it. At least it comes with my favorite flower in the whole world, tulips. I can't get enough of them (must be my Dutch roots) and even had purple tulips in my wedding bouquet (which was seriously the worst idea: purple tulips + August + Las Vegas heat = Very Wilted Bouquet). We spent the day looking at houses, now that I'm over my sadness at losing the other one. Not sure if we'll buy anything right now, but it sure was fun to look. My allergies are off the charts, and that makes it hard to stay up and create all kinds of new goodies. But, I did manage to bring you another fun freebie template this week. I had fun working with my new CS4 and making text paths. I haven't had a chance to make mine yet, but I'll share it this weekend. Enjoy!

Happy Spring, friends! I'm so happy that I don't have to bundle the kids just to go walk down the street anymore. It's been an unusually long winter here at the beach, and we're happy to see the backside of it even if it means allergy season. I've been busy preparing some new product for everyone, and wanted to share it with you. I've also included this week's template, with my own layout featuring my newest kit, Springtime Zen. It was inspired by the contest at ScrapMatters and aren't they sorry they didn't pick me up. :) I'm also starting my elements line, with my first photo mask set. I just love using photo masks to add that special touch to my focal photos! If you don't know how to use them, shoot me an email and I'll show you how easy it is! Good afternoon, scrapland! I promised some more exciting news and here it is...I've been asked to design at another store, Faith Sisters! Woot Woot!
